Hello Everyone,

 Time for another dev meet :), there was lot of interest around Amarino/Arduino shall we continue that or lets build a game this time? We can start with simple 2D game and then move to Opengl.

 I have posted above message to blrdroid list also.

Though my personal preference is a Amarino/Arduino meetup, I am fine with building a game also. :)

So for game, would we be using NDK?

If we are going for the game, we need not use the NDK, we can do it with Java and OpenGL. I would love to learn more on this.

Yes, as Saurabh said we can do it using 2D graphics or OpenGL.

How about this:

If people are already aware of these technolgies we will directly start with a game or

have 30 mins session on 2D graphics

have 30 mins session on OpenGL 

and then jump on coding.

Hi,
I am actally not aware of 2d graphics or OpenGL. But it would be nice if someone could share online resources to learn about them before we meet. It would give a better clarity(at least to me) about how and what things can be done with them.
