Sandeep,

Is it okay if I merge the source code from svn into git or do you want to keep it separately?

People who are interested please write your name and email/phone here http://piratepad.net/YPOLQTmPES

We will keep agenda same as last time
- First half an hour everyone takes 5 mins to explain their idea
- Next half an hour decide on team, idea and create wireframes.
- Next half an hour make stories/use cases and start coding.

During our first meet we created AutoMeter

We also have a group to discuss the event, although not much activity there.

Amit.

Hello Everyone,

How about March 20th as the first hands on meet? We can either have 2 teams of 5 developers each? or pickup 1 big app. This is assuming that we only want to build app (based on ehterpad inputs). In case we want it to be a practise session we can build a live wallpaper or a widget. May be we can have 60% deveopers who have build something in android already and 40% who just know how to build but have not done any app.

Suggestions are welcome here or on the etherpad <link deleted>

Pre-requisite:
- Must have built atleast one android app
- Must have a working laptop (If we meet at TechJini I can arrange for a computer)
- Come with atleast 1 app idea

Agenda:
- First half hour everone takes 5 mins to explain their idea
- Next half an hour decide on team, idea and create wireframes.
- Next half an hour make stories/use cases and start coding. (I have made it look too simple :) )

These are just my thoughts, please feel free to comment/criticise.

This will be an experimental meet and based on the experience and interest may be we can host it on bigger scale next time.

Regards,
Amit.

Ha ha may be we should also spend 5 mins discussing why did AutoMeter fail, why did people lose interest in its development. I have a feeling this can be a controversial topic :)

May be if that person realised that there is an open source project already on that topic, he would not try making that app :-)
