I'm interested in tracking distortion (THD+N) by frequency. Is there a way to route the THD #s to a log file or ideally the average window?
Thanks!

Try the -debugmeasure and -debugtimer command line options.
http://baudline.com/manual/options.html#debugmeasure
The -debugmeasure option will output any measurement values, such as THD, to stderr. You can redirect stderr to a file if you like.
