Program name is not Ghini

I had my computer repair store download the software to a Windows computer. However the name of the downloaded program is Git GUI.  Was the download done correctly.

They downloaded it again and the name of the program is Git Bash. Is this correct?

try first yourself this one:

the name of the installed program is `ghini`, while `Git` is a program you need to install beforehand.

I gather it's not you attempting the install.

may I suggest that you ask the people who's been trying to install ghini to do two things,

primarily: read, understand, follow the instructions;

secondarily: if they don't see `ghini` appear in the menu, that they contact me here, or via a issue.  after all, you don't know what they did, how can I help?

anyhow, as said in the beginning, have yourself a try with the windows installer, or the relocatable runtime.
