Job contract: 1 year

Role purpose:

·         To act as bridge between Sales and P&S/N&T Dept

·         To facilitate the TRP operations smoothly

·         To check the timely delivery of Transplanting services

·         To facilitate campaign & promotional activities

·         To facilitate commercial activities & documentation

·         To ensure timely reporting

 

Critical Knowledge, experience & capabilities:

 

·         Preferably Business Graduate (MBA, Marketing) /Ag. Science /Biological Science with at least 2 years of related experience

·         Good communication skills

·         Cooperative, flexible and willing to work in a team atmosphere

·         Knowledge on Local Language/Product/Markets

·         Quickly adapt to the new business concept like Tegra and understand the ICS strategy

·         Should be able to understand the market dynamics especially in rice crop related to the seasons, seed purchase time, transplanting window and the entire rice agronomy

·         Should be self-motivated

·         A good team player is highly appreciated with ICS strategy involving other departments

·         Willing to drive Motor cycle & possess valid driving license

·         Analytical skill

·         Good Computer & Internet skill
