Greetings,
First off: great tool. In spite of its age, it's still the best battle reporting tool around.
I'm wondering though, if the tool is still supported and being maintained. While it works on Win7, in my experience, I wonder how well it will be maintained in the future.
The main reason I'm asking this is because I'm tempted to write a battle-import tool for a warhammer community website, where a user might upload their battle report file. The community website would serve as the user's personal host for his battle reports. The tool will try to generate images for the user, to be used for discussion on the community forum... so it saves the user the time for having to export the images, finding a host, and linking them one by one.
Well.. in short, it should make the battle reporter the default tool for the battle report... not just for the images but the comments as well.
Before committing to such an idea though, I'd like to know what future is planned for the tool.

In case there is still somebody alive ...
... I have gathered together a couple links about battle reports in general and am submitting them here in order to (hopefully) entice the author to get back to the software in order to enhance, expand and improve it, because 11 years is a long time without updates.
The various sections consist of tools for handling games in general, advice on preparing and writing battle reports, then alternative battle report programs and tools from which one or the other idea might be adapted, or which could inspire better ideas of your own.
It would look better if one could format the information and links properly, but I hope this web form does not make too much of a mess of it all.
