Thesteps to uninstall Microsoft 365 depend on the type of installation you have. The most common installation types are Click-to-Run and Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI). The other type is an Microsoft 365 installation from the Microsoft Store app.

Follow the steps to open the download according to your browser, and when you're prompted in the Application Install window, select Install, and then I agree for the Microsoft Services Agreement.

Because of these limitations, the tool might not be able to uninstall all of the .NET SDKs and runtimes on your machine. You can use the dotnet --info command to find all of the .NET SDKs and runtimes installed, including those SDKs and runtimes that the tool can't remove. The dotnet-core-uninstall list command displays which SDKs can be uninstalled with the tool.

The tool requires elevation to uninstall .NET SDKs and runtimes. Therefore, it should be installed in a write-protected directory such as C:\Program Files on Windows or /usr/local/bin on macOS. For more information, see the Elevated access for dotnet commands and the detailed installation instructions.

The dotnet-core-uninstall list command lists the installed .NET SDKs and runtimes that can be removed with this tool. Some SDKs and runtimes might be required by Visual Studio and they're displayed with a note of why it isn't recommended to uninstall them.

The output of the dotnet-core-uninstall list command won't match the list of installed versions in the output of dotnet --info in most cases. Specifically, this tool won't display versions installed by zip files or managed by Visual Studio (any version installed with Visual Studio 2019 version 16.3 or later). One way to check if a version is managed by Visual Studio is to view it in Add or Remove Programs, where Visual Studio managed versions are marked as such in their display names.

The dotnet-core-uninstall dry-run and dotnet-core-uninstall whatif commands display the .NET SDKs and runtimes that will be removed based on the options provided without performing the uninstall. These commands are synonyms.

Since this tool has a destructive behavior, it's highly recommended that you do a dry run before running the remove command. The dry run will show you what .NET SDKs and runtimes will be removed when you use the remove command. Refer to Should I remove a version? to learn which SDKs and runtimes are safe to remove.

By default, all commands keep the .NET SDKs and runtimes that may be required by Visual Studio or other SDKs. These SDKs and runtimes can be uninstalled by listing them explicitly as arguments or by using the --force option.

The tool requires elevation to uninstall .NET SDKs and runtimes. Run the tool in an Administrator command prompt on Windows and with sudo on macOS. The dry-run and whatif commands don't require elevation.

Delete the downloaded dotnet-core-uninstall.tar.gz file from the directory where it was installed. If you unzipped the contents of this file into another directory, be sure to delete that content as well.

Response files are an alternative to placing all the versions on the command line. They're text files, typically with a *.rsp extension, and each version is listed on a separate line. To specify a response file for the VERSION argument, use the @ character immediately followed by the response file name.

By default, .NET SDKs and runtimes that might be required by Visual Studio or other SDKs aren't included in the dotnet-core-uninstall dry-run output. In the following examples, depending on the state of the machine, some of the specified SDKs and runtimes might not be included in the output. To include all the SDKs and runtimes, list them explicitly as arguments or use the --force option.

By default, .NET SDKs and runtimes that might be required by Visual Studio or other SDKs are kept. In the following examples, depending on the state of the machine, some of the specified SDKs and runtimes might remain. To remove all the SDKs and runtimes, list them explicitly as arguments or use the --force option.

Has anyone ever had to uninstall a tool they installed via the yxi extension? I installed a tool that is a little buggy and I am having trouble uninstalling it as this field is quite new. I cannot find where in Alteryx the tool was actually installed, which is quite surprising as one would expect the tool to have a folder in the Program folder. I am trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling Alteryx itself.

"If you need a program that lets you cleanly and completely uninstall applications, fire up IObit Uninstaller. This free utility makes it a breeze to delete apps, including stray files that are often left behind when you use Windows to delete software from your hard drive or SSD. Competing free tools, such as Comodo Programs Manager and Revo Uninstaller, perform similar functions, but IObit Uninstaller bests those rivals with its community-based suggestions and ability to remove annoying Web browser toolbars and plug-ins. In short, if you use a Windows PC, you should download IObit Uninstaller to uninstall applications."

"I have used IObit programs for years with great effect ! For this reason I stay with IObit products.I, in the past have serviced and fixed laptops and mobiles (android) and always leave them, with IObit products installed, and ask them to regularly 'hit the big' C' and tell them it will automatically fix and speed up their laptop/computer/mobile! :)I highly recommend the uninstaller (and the latest beta) as a safe reliable program that shifts stubborn programs! Most importantly, remove 'hidden' coding that the programmer intended to leave, which then brings adverts to re-install again!IObit 'ALL' products are safe' and easy to use' most of all look after your PC's."

Due to having a RTX 4000 Founders Edition Card, I have stay on version 5.6.8 of Armoury Crate for the RGB on my card to be detected by AC. The GPU is not officially supported, so that it does not work in Ver 5.7 will probably never be fixed.

Fortunately, there still is a full installer for 5.6.8 on the website. I used this, but got nag messages about there being an update when going to the motherboard RGB or Fanxpert areas of the software. I found if I updated only those modules to latest ver I did not get the nag messages anymore. I then wanted to see what other modules it was safe to update without it breaking my GPU being detected. I went too far and my RAM stopped being detected, a new bug going on.

So had to rely on system restore to get back to before I used the full installer to install AC. That restore point had an old AC install but via the web installer (v5.7.6). I used the tool to uninstall this and that worked fine. Then I created a restore point and started experimenting.

If I install AC via the web / lite installer the tool works fine to deinstall the AC install. If I install using the full installer, then the tool fails. When using the full installer all I install is:

It also make no difference if after installing what is Ver5.6.8 via full package installer, I then get it to fully update to latest ver of 5.7.6 by repeated check for updates clicks until no updates are given. This also fails. Where as web installer based install always works.

Anyone else notice this. I point this out as others maybe having to roll back to ver 5.6 via the full installer due to all the issues with ver 5.7. Those people may have a problem down the road if a confirmed problem and the uninstalled tool is not updated.
