async testing

Hey, 

I'm trying to get async testing as explained here, though I just can't get it to work.

The @testCase is undefined. I'm trying to avoid it by using Qunit.start() and Qunit.stop() directly. That works, but somehow the callback function of my setTimeout(callback, 1000) doesn't get run.

Hope for some help with this.
