Thanks for your new interest in the consolut IDES system. With this mail we provide you the new password information for the ERP E62 clients 400, 500 & 800 and for the MiniSAP client 500.
Additionally, the ERP E62 password works for ERP E66 & the consolut BI/BO web interface at http://portal.consolut.eu:51000/irj as well.
Please keep in mind, that this service runs on port 51000 and not on port 80 - so, it might not work behind company firewalls.
Logon Information for ERP E62 Client 400, 500 & 800, ERP E66 Client 400, 500 & 800 and for BI/BO:

Purpose of the different clients in the system:
Please do NOT change company codes, plants etc., but PLEASE copy them, so that the other users can still use it. We had VERY often issues, because a few users changed fundamental things, which resulted in a fresh client copy/reset to all users ;-((
Therefore, all customizing & data that all users entered was gone after that, which is very ugly for the "nice users" ...
Please take CARE.
ERP E62:
Client 300: Not to use at all - it is needed for internal purpose only
Client 400: Customizing, but overwritten frequently at any issue
Client 500: Customizing, but planned to be longterm (Except "nobody" can work at all)
Client 800: Demo/Education: This client typically gets "never" overwritten, but you can only post docuements and cannot do your own customizing. This client is perfect for your training, when you want to post and put some data into the system
All clients do contain more or less the same data - at least "originally". If we have to reset one of these clients, this will definetely be like this again.
Netweaver Business Client (NWBC) Testdrive is available now for E62 ERP:
You can install the NWBC 3.x on top of your Windows SAPGUI and use it with user DEVELOPER shown below but in system E62.400/500 or 800.
Further information is available in the FAQs of our forum. There you can find out how to configure the NWBC in detail.

As in this system you can do "free ABAP Development", we might restore the complete E66 System from time to time or in order to provide new features for you.

Please keep in mind, that this ERP E66 is a bit slow via Webgui. So, you might want to use SAPGUI instead.
As SAPGUI is a lot easier for developing ABAP or using BI in RSA1, we would suggest to use the SAPGUI instead of the webgui connection for ERP E66.

(Please keep in mind, that all passwords are case-sensitive and need to be entered exactly as described above.)
This user will change its password every day and you cannot change the password yourself. The password automatically changes every night at 00:01am CET.
So, you have to request a new password every day via the Web-Service http://www.ides.consolut.eu/user .
Commitment to Data Protection / Declaration of Consent
This special service does require statement of person related information. It is left to you whether in fact to use this service.
With registration as user your submitted data will be processed and stored in a database on a protected server. Access to the server is restricted to a small group of authorized personnel. The data is not passed on to third parties!
With your registration as user you subscribe to the CONSOLUT Infoletter. We will send you in irregular intervals our CONSOLUT Infoletter which contains important news and our latest job offers by mail.
This acceptance cannot be cancelled.
