JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Mandate Skills: Power BI, DAX, Cognos, Capital Market
  • Core BI Architecture & Development
  • Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Develop semantic models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.
  • Collaboration & Governance
  • Work with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to gather requirements.
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Mentor junior BI developers and analysts.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Power BI: Semantic models, DAX, Paginated Reports, Q&A visual.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).
  • Bonus: Python or R for data manipulation and AI/ML integration.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong functional consulting expertise to support ongoing transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting pedigree from leading firms such as Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services, or Infosys, and demonstrate deep domain knowledge in finance processes within SAP S/4HANA.

This role requires a business-focused consultant rather than a purely technical/configuration expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted finance transformation advisor to business stakeholders
  • Lead S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solution design and business process discussions
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and solution blueprinting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Retail, etc.)
  • Provide strategic inputs on financial processes, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR)
    • Asset Accounting
