Job Description:

 

• Serve as a key technical expert in architecting modern NoSQL solutions using MongoDB across multiple PODs, driving data modernization, performance, and scalability.
• Design robust, high‑performance MongoDB data models and distributed architectures optimized for real‑time applications and analytics.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution design including sharding, indexing, replication, high availability, and workload‑optimized schema strategies.
• Implement secure, compliant MongoDB and Atlas deployments with strong governance, encryption, auditing, and operational best practices.
• Optimize system performance through query tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, and automation using MongoDB Atlas tools (e.g., Performance Advisor, Atlas Search).
• Act as a Technical Solutions Advisor to senior leadership and engineering teams, guiding platform adoption, best practices, and cloud‑native deployment patterns.
