Job Description:

Role Summary

The nCino Salesforce Developer is responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and integrating nCino components to meet business requirements while demonstrating strong leadership across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the nCino Salesforce platform.
• Deliver end-to-end implementation of nCino SFDC solutions.
• Develop complex solution components including integrations, security configurations, and custom nCino development.
• Build and enhance Salesforce interfaces to meet defined business expectations.
• Lead technical design discussions and communicate design options to stakeholders.
• Review technical designs and provide recommendations on overall solution architecture.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for technical solution components.
• Ensure best practices across development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce (VF).
• Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Events).
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with development technologies such as Java, .NET, Ruby, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Objective-C.
• Experience with integration security and custom component development.

• Salesforce Developer I (Required)
• nCino 301 Commercial Banking (Nice to Have)
