Time Sheet entry

HI frnds,

I hope you all making an entry at ultimatix based on which our payroll is generated, if not please do it asap. Here follows the steps:

1) log on to ultimatix

2)On your right menu panel click delivery --> timesheet (last option)

3)On time sheet entry page click on  (at your right top corner ) Time sheet entry--> time sheet

4)Click on Add your Branch and location (if your are doing it for the first time ) and add details

5)Now, in the time sheet page click set the start date to 03-dec-2012

6)Scroll down, you will find the unassigned activity header below that click on the icon next to WON [..] 

7)In the new generated floating page make sure the radio button relies on No-leave option

8)Enter the WON number and click search

9)Select the ILP ITIS training and you il be directed to the timesheet entry page after confirmation

10)In Task tab in the row type entry, enter as "training" and the working hours as "9" for all 5 days and click on save unassigned job/task

11) Change the start date to 10-dec-2012 and go to step 6 .

Hope the steps are clearly directed and useful, if u find any difficulty in following the steps or my instructions are confusing plz let me know i il correct myself.
