Raising Tickets for any query in Ultimatix Site

Hi Folks,

If you have any queries regarding your ILP ,ID Card,Webmail etc . These can be solved by raising a ticket through the Ultimatix Site by following steps.

Step 1 : Click HELPDESK ------>  TCS GLOBAL HELPDESK

Step 2:  Two Columns will appear with Left Side column meant for Queries related to Ultimatix website such as Timesheet entry,iCals, Payroll etc

               Right Side Column is meant for IT Services related query such as Webmail etc.

Step 3: Click Raise New Ticket for queries by filling in appropriate details and query. You can see your query details saved in Ticket Archives on left side.

Step 4: Don't forget to Check the status of your ticket. If your ticket has been resolved, Please Close the ticket and give the feedback.


Follow this step everytime when you log Ultimatix.
