In continuation with the below mail, we would like to share with you the plan  of your training program scheduled to start from 14^th Nov’11.
In addition to Africa ,America region and Flexcube Support  , Middle East region will also move to GX .Kindly keep your batchmates informed about the same.

You can report to us at 9.30 am at Global Axis and the address is as mentioned below.

The Company Bus route for GX  is as attached, you can board the bus on the first day by displaying the tag and ensure that you collect the bus passes from the admin team on the same day.

The guidelines and the Product Training schedule will be shared with you in some time.

Do find the details of the Freshers and their respective regions.

IMP:-

·         Freshers from Africa and America region  will move to Global Axis and will continue to have their training at this location.

·         Freshers from South Asia region will report to their group immediately after their Technical and other trainings i.e. on 14^th Nov’11

·         The location of work and the training for Flexcube Support is Global Axis.

·         The location of Work and the Product Training  for other freshers is at CVR office.

Subject: Guidelines:Product (Flexcube Training) for Freshers

Dear All,
Greetings !!

Your Product (Flexcube ) Training is scheduled to start from 14^th Nov’11 .We would like to share some guidelines with you for the smooth execution of the Training.
Guidelines:

·         Kindly assemble in the Training room by 9.30 am ,every day. Attendance is mandatory for all the modules ,specified in the schedule. The attendance sheets are circulated between 9.15 am – 9.30 am only. You can contact Sindhu or Kamal  in case if you miss to sign them.

·         1^st half is your theory session followed by the Practicals/Hands on planned in the post half.

·         Kindly fill in the Feedback forms regularly ,for all the modules. The details will be provided to you in another mail.

·         Do keep us informed about your leaves.

·         Requesting all the participants not to stay outside the Training room for a long duration– at the pantry, corridor ,on calls etc. This will disturb others who are seated outside the Training room.
IMP:- Participants at CVR – Corporate Block is for the Management team and the Seniors are seated here. Ensure that you are in the Training room during your breaks/free time.

·         Do carry your coffee mugs every day. No coffee or tea mugs will be provided at your training venues.

·         Contact the Helpdesk team if there are any issues with the systems,network,software installations etc.Representatives - Kindly raise an i-ticket. Do call us if the issues are still not resolved.

·         Kindly share this mail with others who have not received.
