Randomness and Frustration

another year of life
it has passed by
another year without wife
for just another lie

We create our past, present and our future
we know what it is we desire
when we try to encompass and touch her
our heart , our mind , our soul begins retire

the will can bring us to the one
the soul can tangle our hearts
the passion can fuel our parts
but only we can make two become one

entranced by the dream
locked within our sleepless nights
awakened in thoughts smooth like cream
knowing within reach is the one with the bright's.

all we need do is to put my key in your ignition
all we need try is to lock the door
all we need do is to bring dream to fruition
and in the end we will no longer be poor

together we sit, race the engine
now carefully but firmly stomp that pedal
oh we need another lesson, wait not that one!
maybe when you learn how to press the gas not the brake!
