   Check out early Country Gentlemen recordings with Tom Gray on bass.   Victim to the Tomb, They're at Rest Together, Two Little Boys, etc.  There will be lots to choose from.  Then you can move to Seldom Scene with Tom on bass-  cuts like Rider, etc.
