Subject:TISS Ghy Cultural Fest 2015

Greetings to All!

This is to bring to your notice that there will be a meeting conducted on Monday i.e. 2nd feb 2015 at 4.30pm regarding the upcoming Annual Cultural fest of TISS Guwahati. The venue shall be ICICI building (most probably).

The agenda of the meeting is to form a core committee for the fest and decide on a name for our cultural fest. The possible representatives/committees are:

Coordinator

Co-coordinator

Sponsorship

Publicity

Refreshment

Event Management

Decoration

Treasurer

However, it depends on the students to add or remove any committees.

It is requested to all students that think of a good name for the fest. And also let everyone know that final selection for the different committees shall be done on Monday itself. Voting shall be done, if necessary. Real hardships start after the committee is formed so we are running short of time.

Let us all come together to make our fest a big success and enjoy to the fullest.
