Hope you are doing well!
Delhi HR Teach for India Team reaches out to you with a kind request to support us in spreading the word about our DOE (Directorate of Education) Subordinate Internship Program.
Every year in the month of April the 6th standard children from Delhi Municipality schools move to secondary schools that come under the Directorate of Education. These two months are particularly challenging for the Fellows who manage the - children (& their parents) in shifting to secondary schools, admissions, school relations, while ensuring that teaching does not take a back seat. For this purpose we hire interns who assist our Fellows from 1st April-15th May.
This year we require 80 interns and going by the conversion rate from last year's process, we need at least 800 applications by reaching out to an even larger number (3000+). We are striving to get applications through our database but it is limited and currently we are short of at least 600 applications. We need to reach out to a bigger audience to attract more applications and request your support to reach this number.
It will be a great help to us if you can spare just 5 minutes of your time and share the details about the Internship Program & the Job Description (attached) with your City Staff and especially your Fellows & Program Managers who can in turn share it among their friends & family who may be interested in this opportunity.
