Suggestions for selecting error tolerance

Hello everyone, I am a beginner with Basilisk. I would like to know how to choose the error tolerance when using adapt_wavelet(), such as the error tolerance in VOF, the error tolerance in KAPPA, or the error tolerances in velocity. I hope you can provide me with some suggestions.
