Dear Basilisk developers,
I am in trouble after the latest installation of Basilisk (today itself).
I followed everything as recommended. While in the last stage of the installation, it gave warnings as -
./qcc -std=c99 -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=700 -O2 -g -Wall -pipe -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -autolink -grid=octree bview.c -o bview3D -lfb_tiny -lm
./display.h: In function ‘display_control_update’:
./display.h:465:67: warning: initialization discards ‘const’ qualifier from pointer target type [-Wdiscarded-qualifiers]
The same warning is reproduced when trying to rebuild bview3D via -
cd $BASILISK
darcs pull
rm bview3D
make bview3D
So the main issue was seen when I tried simulating an earlier case, I cannot now access the dump files in bview3D (which I could do previously).
Instead of the bview page as used to be, there is a strange page popping up as attached screenshot From 2026-09-13 18-35-33.png.
I really cannot guess the issue. Please help out.
Also is there anyone else too facing the issue?
With the best of regards
Robin
