Hello all,

I am currently learning Basilisk with hands-on for 2D Newtonian bubble rising. With multigrid.h, I can control the dimensions of the channel (similar to rising.c). But am interested in AMR as well to reduce the computational load for multiple bubbles etc.,

I have tried the following,

1. Used mask() to mask the portion but fractions are not initialized, thereby I am getting bubble volume as 0, but certain value if I remove mask()

2. Have tried embed but I was not getting the results (some signal caught error when solution started)

Either I can run the case in 3D or in axisymmetric (all with AMR) but for rectangular domain. Can anyone help me out to get more clarity. Let me know if you want any details.

Thanks
Ananth
