PhD position with Basilisk at IFPEN

Dear all,

A PhD position has opened in our institute to work on the direct numerical simulation of polydisperse droplet suspensions subject to buoyancy and turbulence. The work will start from the methodology we developed to study droplet collision statistics in turbulence (more details in my sandbox or in the related JFM paper).

The PhD will start on November 2026 at IFPEN, Rueil-Malamaison (near Paris in France).
