Question: on Basilisk view.h

Hello everyone, 

I used Basilisk many years ago. I notice there are some big changes now, really great. I forgot how to install bview-servers and did didnot find the file of bview-servers in the latest code. So the code cannot run once it calls the view.h, see the attachment file for the errors. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.
