gsl no longer links on the basilisk server

Hello,

Lately I've been getting this error when running cases on the server:

gsl/gsl_interp2d.h: No such file or directory

Code works fine locally. I know it's not a must, but it's one of those things that is nice to have.

I take it back. gsl works, but there's something off with #include <gsl/gsl_interp2d.h>
