DNS, LES, and RANS and 2-phase flow around solid bodies

I'm trying to gain an understanding of DNS, LES, and RANS within Basilisk for evaluating 2-phase flow around solid bodies.  Does the Tangaroa example use DNS?  Are there examples showing application of DNS, LES, and RANS?  Thanks in advance for help with such an elementary question.  I'm having trouble gaining an understanding from the usual Basilisk resources.
