Request for Guidance on Simulating solidification

Dear Basilisk Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am new to using Basilisk. I am currently working on a project that aims to simulate hydrate formation at the methane-water interface.

So far, I have successfully completed a simulation involving a water droplet on a surface, where I was able to control parameters such as density, viscosity, and surface tension. However, my next step is to simulate the ice crystal formation  at the interface, and I am unsure how to begin this process.

Could anyone provide guidance or resources on how to approach this specific simulation? Any advice on setting up the initial conditions, defining the necessary parameters, and any relevant example scripts or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
