Hello all,
I am trying to simulate single bubble sonoluminescence along the lines of what is mentioned in the Basilisk thermal.h solver's JCP paper (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jcp.2022.111865). However, the code which I am using is not generating any output files. I am attaching my code here for reference and would appreciate it if someone could help me figure out why this is the case.

Best Regards
Vardhan

Dear Vardhan

The code is meant for one dimensional simulation assuming spherical symmetry...

It is generating text files for output...

How are you compiling and executing the code?

Best wishes

Hello Sir,
Thank you for the reply. I am attaching my slurm submission script which I use to submit the job to the cluster. After your message, I tried compiling and running the code directly on the terminal and that seems to work just fine. This indicates that I might need to change something in my job submission script. I would be grateful if you can point me in the right direction.

Best Regards
Vardhan
