Volume fraction errors with STL file import.

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me understand a peculiar behavior with STL file imports:

I was trying to view volume fraction plots using the tangaroa.c code for a sphere and cube.

The volume fraction for sphere looks fine. However in the case of cube, I noticed cells with fluid volumes within the solid.

Both STL geometries appear to have no errors.

I have attached volume fraction images and the STL files.
