Cannot restart from dump files.

Dear all,
I have successfully run a case, but I am unable to restore the case from the dump files it generated. When I enter the command bview3D restart0, it results in a "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error. A simplified version of the case is attached. And the modules I used are listed below for reference:
Currently Loaded Modules:
1) compiler-rt/2023.2.1 3) oclfpga/2023.2.1 5) mkl/2023.2.0 7) mpi/2021.10.0 9) StdEnv
2) tbb/2021.10.0 4) compiler/2023.2.1 6) intel/2023.2 8) impi/2021.10 10) hdf5/1.14.3

However, I am able to restore other cases by using dump files copied from the corresponding HPCs. I believe the problem lies in the dump files it generated. Could anyone help in resolving this issue? Thanks a lot!
