Unable to fetch or push repositories using darcs

Dear all

I have been trying to fetch the basilisk source code and also upload my code in sandbox using darcs.

However, it appears that darcs is not able to perform either push or pull. 

Is this related to any issue with the server? How long could it take for this possibly?
