Activating Cards

The version of Anki I am using is 0.9.9.8.5. I noticed there is a
small change in the method of activating cards from chapters other
than chapter 4. From the settings menu choose inactive cards, rather
than active cards. This will open up dialog where you can toggle
activation of the various cards in the set.
