Upcoming Dates/Rehearsals

Hi Beatz!

Here's an e-mail with EVERYTHING you need to know about the upcoming Christmas Pageant! Please make sure to mark your calendars and be prepared for the rehearsals!

Sunday, Nov. 9th, 1:45-3:30pm- Rehearsal with Beatz and Iris. With stage movements

Monday, Nov. 10th, 8:00-10:00pm- NO BEATZ REHEARSAL (subject to change depending on Jeremy)

Sunday, Nov. 16th, 1:45-4:00pm- DRESS rehearsal with full combined chorus. CONCERT DRESS IS TO BE WORN!!! 

Monday, Nov. 17th, 8:00-10:00pm- NO BEATZ REHEARSAL (subject to change depending on Jeremy)

Monday, Nov. 24th, 8:00-10:00pm- Beatz rehearsal

Monday, Dec. 1st, 8:00-10:00pm- Beatz rehearsal 

Friday, Dec. 5th, 7:00-10:00pm- Rehearsal with full combined chorus

Sunday, Dec. 7th, 1:45-6:00pm- DRESS rehearsal

Wednesday, Dec. 10th, 6:30-9:00pm- DRESS rehearsal

Friday, Dec. 12, PERFORMANCE. Call time 5pm. Program 7:30-9:15pm

Saturday, Dec. 13, PERFORMANCE. Call time 5pm. Program 7:30-9:15pm 

These rehearsals with Iris from here on out should all be MEMORIZED!!! 

Dress: 

Girls- Christmas red top/blouse. Modest sleeves. At least 3/4 length or full sleeve length. Black skirt below the knees. NO pants. Closed-toe black shoes. Iris will provide white scarves

Guys- All black. Black button down shirt. Black pants. Black dress shoes. Iris will provide red/white ties. 

Maybe on one of the Mondays we don't have a Beatz rehearsal, we can do a social!! =D

Hey everyone! Don't forget! Tomorrow we have a rehearsal with Iris after church from 1:45-3:30pm!! Just us beatz and Iris. I believe we'll be in the sanctuary? Jeremy, do you know? Please let us know ASAP if you CAN'T make it! See you then!
