Problem in the graphical characters under virtual terminal

Hi, I installed the latest bashc prog, but in the panel-mode under virtual terminal (mrxvt) I not see correct the graphical charcters (the border of the panels). In place of this character I see alphabetical characters (see the attached png). I want use this bashc prog under GoboLinux. I send in attachment my .bashrc file, and my bash_commander and bash_dialog.

Please help me!
