Relay for Life

Lovely dears, 

Relay for Life is quickly approaching. I have some people that still need to turn in their youth agreement form. You can bring that to F215 or to myself. The people I still need it from are: Madison Adams, Lauren Carr-Gasso, Alyssa Lamb, Kalin Nehrenz, Grace Perez, Brigitta Mannino, Cierra Franklin, and Sam Clark. 

If you are in Basha NHS 1, I forgot to write down a list of people who did not turn theirs in. So, if you think that you haven't filled on out, please have it signed by Friday. I also need the following people, Marie Oldums, Erica Sorensen, and Jamie Westbrook, to sign up to a Relay team on the relay website. You have the form turned in, but you still have to be registered online. If you have questions about that please contact me.

This document outlines some of the things I think we will need at Relay this year. If you would be so kind and add your name and what you will be bringing, it would be greatly appreciated. Don't hesitate to add anything that isn't on the list, as well!
