Basespace Native App Development

Dear Team,

I am trying to follow the steps as given in https://developer.basespace.illumina.com/docs/content/documentation/native-apps/setup-dev-environment, however at very 1 steps which say:

Download and Install Docker : sudo apt-get update

I am getting below error : 

Ign http://basespace-apt.s3.amazonaws.com bsfs InRelease
Ign http://security.ubuntu.com vivid-security InRelease
Ign http://us.archive.ubuntu.com vivid InRelease (...and so on)

Err http://security.ubuntu.com vivid-security/main Sources
  404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.91.38 80]
Err http://security.ubuntu.com vivid-security/restricted Sources

The ubuntu version is : 15.04 and according to :https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases; the EOL was February 4, 2016 for this version.

So can we update the ubuntu version? or source list to old-releases?

Or is there any alternative or suggestion from your your end which I can try out?
