Run any command line of dragen

Hello,

I would like to know how we can use the set of dragen commands (those found here https://support-docs.illumina.com/SW/DRAGEN_v39/Content/SW/FrontPages/DRAGEN.htm) with basespace ? In particular, I would like to be able to use options like compressing fastq to Ora.

Some point to add :

I would like to run dragen with command line option in order to be able to acces all options. For exemple i would like to compress the fastq to Ora, but i also would like to use the machine learning variant filtration. If i use the aws marketplace it will be too much expansive compare to basespace. Any suggestions ?
