Diferences between gvcf and vcf hard filtered variants

Hi!

With the new 4.0 DRAGEN Enrichment version, they now provide us with 2 hard.filtered json files: a gvcf and a vcf. There are slight differences. Can someone help me understand which is best? Cheers Pat
