Basement Films & Friends of Film this Friday!
Basement Films
This coming Friday offers lots of opportunities to see art, film,
music and more. Basement Films will light up the Harwood Open Studios
from 6 to 8pm with projections through out the building, including a
program of international shorts curated by Kaleb Wentzel-Fisher hosted
in the Friends of Film studio on the second floor of the Harwood. The
Harwood is located at 1114 7th St. NW (at the intersection of Mountain

In addition, Friends of Film will be hosting their own exciting event
at the UNM Continuing Education Theater. Do you like to laugh? Know
others that do? Let's all get together and hoot it up.

Laugh Out Loud Friends of Film Funny Film Fest and Fundraiser
Friday March 5, 2010 6-9pm $10 at the door (cash/checks only
please)
UNM CE Theater
1634 University Blvd NE in ABQ ; Free parking
The program includes over 16 funny short films including narratives,
fantasy, mockumentaries, musicals, documentary and animated pieces .
The Filmmakers will be wrangled and be part of a short Q and A at the
end of the screenings.
Gourmet-To-Go caterers will be on the premises to help with the
"growlies".
Improv and fun at the microphones.
