Salvatore Losacco, marine biologist and oceanographer, for many years worked as underwater videographer and photographer for major broadcasting companies, collecting a series of footage about marine life and oceans all around the world. In his scientific career, devoted mostly to marine conservation, he focused his attention on climate changes and spent years teaching and divulgating. His presentations are not about him but about the world as it was, it is and how it is quickly changing.
Maldives are a pristine tropical environment based on the existence of coral reefs and furthermore they are made entirely of corals. Climate changes are quickly affecting these delicate ecosystems bringing them on the verge of collapse.
Contrary to what happens in cold areas tropical reefs are characterized by an astonishing number of living organisms living all together in a very small and colorful place
