Dear All,

As we had discussed during the Southern States' National workshop on
ISON comet, we need to plan for organizing the State Level workshop on
ISON. We all need to meet and discuss to finalize the campaign through
state level workshop and follow up activities from there on.

There are few suggestions like 1) this could be planned in Hassan during
Oct. 18-20th, 2013,   2) Ensure 30% women participation 3) Involve as
many science groups as possible, etc.

We need to form a PLATFORM of all the science organizations (atleast as
many as possible) so that this would guide the entire campaign as to
make this campaign a very effective throughout the state.

 You are requested to attend the same to share
your views, suggestions to take the campaign forward.
