We are planning a star party near Kavalur, Tamil Nadu.
The star party will be hosted at GoGoCamping campsite near Kavalur.
Please fill in the Google form if you are interested in participating. We can only accommodate 25 people. So once we have sufficient number of participants, we will freeze the registration and notify the people.

The details are as follows.
Date: 25th Feb 4PM to 26th Feb 6AM
Place: GoGo Camping, Kavalur
Transport: The participants will have to arrange for their own transport.
Equipment: The participants have to carry their own equipment. They are free to share the equipment of others subject to the discretion of the owner of the equipment.
Participation Fee: Participation fee will be Rs. 750 per person. This will include the fee to use the premises, evening tea, dinner and breakfast.
Accommodation: The participants have to carry their own tents. However, the campsite provides tented accommodation for a fee of Rs. 500 per tent. If you don't have a tent, you can rent it at the campsite.
The place has basic amenities like bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and a common area.
The participation fee should be paid at the venue to the organizers in cash.
Note that, the number of tenets available at the campsite are limited. Priority will be given to the families and senior citizens.

Priority will be given to the participants who are getting their own equipment. The participants will receive a separate mail once we have closed the registrations.
