Last nights meeting was only with myself malcolm marianna and delano. we just spoke about the last 5 events and that we need to have heavy promotion. Also we were wondering if it would be possible to get a table for next week so we can sell the tickets from there as well. If anyone is interested in helping out eith that it would be greatly appreciated. I will order the flowers this weekend and the strawberries for pamper day doesnt have to be ordered until 2 days before the event. I will also pick up the supplies for that day. Marianna said she would order the food sometime before Friday for the black ball and we also decided that when the tkts were sold we would get the name of the outsiders at that moment rather than the email list. All tickets need to be sold by Wednesday night. We also decided that during the 30min intermission where we are converting the multi purpose room into the party someone can go outside and begin to check off the names of the outsiders standing online that way there is less of a delay when it is time to get inside. Guys let me know if i forgot anything.

Ok this sounds great but………. =)

I need details on how the details for black ball especially are gonna run. I provided a loose outline in a previous email…you can just go according to that and delegate responsibilities to people. 

COMMITTEE – the email can be read by everyone. If you see something that you are interested in please reply. Contact your chairs. 

PROMOTE PROMOTE PROMOTE – We need to sell our DINNER tickets first. We don't want people to just come out to the party that will totally defeat all our work to make it an elegant/celebratory event. If that was the case, we would've just had a regular party and called it a day. 

Let's take pride in all the work you ALL have done so far. It has been an amazing month, lets end it the way it deserves.
