Fellow SPA'ers,
You may or may not have heard a new term being brandied about in class
discussions recently - the "B-Corporation." It's a new type of social
enterprise grounded in principles such as devotion to a public
benefit, accountability, and transparency, and only recently did New
York State begin to officially recognize them.
Please join the MPA Club and our co-sponsors, the Sustainable Business
Club, the NYS Small Business Development Center, and the Zicklin Field
Center for a delightfully informative panel on a very new type of
social enterprise: the B-Corporation!
Monday, October 3rd, 6-8pm, at the Field Center, 55 Lexington Ave., Rm
