Dear MPAers:

The MPA Club is proud to join the School of Public Affairs for
Discussion with the Dean: North American Mobility Program (NAMP) ad
Roundtable with Dean David Birdsell on Wednesday October 12th from 6 -
9 PM at the School of Public Affairs, 133 E. 22nd St, Rm. 301.

NAMP is Baruch's partnership with universities from across North
America. This reception will kick off their conference. Schools in
partnership with Baruch are:Canada: Carlton University, University of
Victoria, Cape Breton University; Mexico: Benemérita Universidad
Autónoma de Puebla, Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, Instituto
Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Baruch College
(CUNY), University of South Florida

The fall NAMP New York Meeting is an opportunity for participating
NAMP schools to exchange programmatic and research ideas regarding
the teaching of management in sustainable development, while
furthering institutional ties to promulgate student and faculty
exchanges. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about
programs offered at sister institutions; to hear talks on projects in
sustainable development; to coordinate future students and faculty
exchanges; and to tour sites of sustainable development in New York.
This will be a low-key, informative few days to build programmatic
cohesion and advance the thinking about management education in
sustainable development across the participating universities.

The reception will be followed by a discussion with Dean Birdsell.
Last year's event was incredibly popular and we're excited to have him
join us again to engage in an exciting conversation about SPA today
and tomorrow.

Refreshments will be served. To RSVP email mpa...@spanbaruch.com and
join us for a great evening of international conversation and more!

Best,
Gabrielle Carlin
VP, MPA Club
