Join us on Thursday November 3 from 7 to 8 pm to explore how our
culinary past brought us to today.
Deb Friedman will lead the program, A Day to Give Thanks: Food
Traditions of the Thanksgiving Feast.
Deb is currently the Director of Public Program at Old Sturbridge
Village, having started there as an interpreter in 1981. While at Old
Sturbridge Village, she has developed a number of food related
programs including Dinner in a Country Village and Hearthside
Bounty.
Deb is the co-author of the third edition of the Old Sturbridge
Village Cookbook. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors
of ALHFAM (Association of Living History, Farm and Agricultural
Museums) and the executive board of the Worcester Cultural Coalition.
