at Hartman’s Herb Farm

A fundraiser of the Barre Library Association
To benefit the Woods Memorial Library Building

6:30—7:00 PM Cocktail Hour (cash bar)
☞ Cheese and Cracker Platter

7:00 PM Sit-Down Dinner
☞ Salad and Buttermilk Biscuits, with choice of:
• Prime Rib Au Jus (Beef selection)
• Baked Salmon with an Herb Beurre Blanc Sauce (Fish Selection)
• Grilled Vegetable Ravioli with Burnt Sage Butter (Vegetarian Selection)
☞ Served with: Herb Roasted Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus
☞ Dessert: Choice of Tiramisu or Lemon Verbena Crème Brulée

8:00—10:00 PM Dancing with the WPI Alumni Jazz Ensemble
