The Barre Library Association will be hosting a Valentine's Ball at Hartman's Herb Farm, on Saturday February 11, 2012.

6:30: Cocktails
7pm: Dinner
8-10: Dancing to the WPI Alumni Jazz Ensemble
$35/person (includes a rose for the ladies)

6:30-7pm cocktail hour (cash bar)
cheese and cracker platter
mulled cider and lemonade
7pm sit down dinner
salad and buttermilk biscuits
Choice of:
Prime Rib Aujus- Beef
Baked Salmon with an herb Bur Blanc sauce- fish
Grilled Vegetable Ravioli with Burnt Sage Butter- vegetarian
Served with :
Herb Roasted Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Dessert:
Tiramisu or
Lemon Verbena Creme Brulee
