In case you are new to using computer mailing lists, here are some tips:

1) When replying to a message you get on this list, the "Reply-To" is automatically set to the group. So if you do a reply, it's going to go back to everyone.

2) If you want to reply to just the person who posted, you should switch to Reply All, and then delete the group from the list. That will leave just the address of the person who posted.

3) Only certain people can post to this group, because it is announce-only. If you think it would be better to have this be an open discussion group, send me an email and we'll discuss changing it. This would be a good opportunity to practice changing who replies go to. :)

I've deleted a thread from the web interface to the group where some people accidentally posted non-public discussions to the group.
