Good evening, all,

This past weekend at Cattle Raids, I worked with Her Grace Aleit to complete the BFS review of books for 2025. The review report is attached for your reference. There are two items the Barony needs to address coming out of this review:

1. The Barony must update its financial policy (last updated in 2018), to include cash handling procedures; and

2. The Barony must complete an inventory of all Barony property, including any property held by virtue of office (e.g., property held by the Seneschal, Exchequer, Baronage, and any other officers).

To that end, I will provide a draft financial policy (for eventual approval by the financial committee), and I will put together the inventory of property associated with my office.
